Common questions

Can I send private feedback without a review link?

Yes. Only you, this campaign’s author and authorised support staff can see it. Private feedback alone does not count as a published review.

Does Hamsterra check my published review?

Review links are not automatically verified. Check that each link opens the review you want to share.

What is the difference between I did not finish and Withdraw?

I did not finish lets you report that you stopped reading while keeping access to the book. Withdraw ends your download access immediately and stops reminders, but you can still share a result afterwards.
