  1. In this lesson, you'll see what readers report back: review links, private feedback and Did not finish.
  2. Here's the reader's side first.

  5. If a review isn't live yet, they can select My review is not published yet.

  14. Each row shows a reader's result, their review links and the date of their latest update.

Written steps (text version of this video)

This walkthrough shows what readers can report after reading — review links, private feedback and Did not finish — and how you read it on your campaign's Results tab, filter it and export it.

  1. What readers report.

On their result page, readers add review links for one or more platforms.

  2. Review links.

Review links are not checked automatically. A reader whose review isn't live yet can select My review is not published yet.

  3. Private feedback and Did not finish.

Private feedback is visible to the reader, you and authorised support staff. On its own, it doesn't count as a review. A reader who stops reading can select I did not finish and optionally say why; they keep their access.

  4. Open the Results tab.

Open your campaign and select the Results tab. It shows your readers' results, including those still pending.

  5. Check the summary.

Check the summary: reviews reported, links shared, private feedback and Did not finish. Did not finish doesn't end a reader's access.

  6. Read the table.

Each row shows a reader's result, review links and latest update. Links are reported by readers and not checked by Hamsterra.

  7. Read private feedback.

Private feedback appears below the table: select Yes in a reader's row, or Reason shared to see why a reader didn't finish. Private feedback isn't published on the book page.

  8. Filter the results.

Filter by result, platform or private feedback, then select Apply.

  9. Results on the Participants tab.

The Participants tab shows each reader's result next to their delivery details. Review reported and Did not finish stop review reminders; Not published yet and private feedback alone don't.

  10. Export the results.

Select Export CSV to download the results that match your filters. If you're asked to confirm it's you, do that, then select Export CSV again.

Check you’re done

  • You have checked the result summary and each reader’s reported result.
  • You have opened any shared review links and private feedback you want to read.
  • Your results export matches the filters you selected.

Common questions

Does Hamsterra verify review links?

No. Readers report the links themselves, and Hamsterra does not check them. Open a link to see the review.

Is private feedback published on the book page?

No. Private feedback is visible to the reader, the campaign’s author and authorised support staff. Private feedback alone does not count as a review.

Which results are included in Export CSV?

The export includes results matching your selected filters. If you are asked to confirm it’s you, complete that step, then select Export CSV again.
